Ocean Eden Bay (Adults Only) Hotel Spring Rises, Spring Rises

I recently stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The rooms are beautiful, though I could see that they are still under renovations, and I believe it will be even better once they're fully completed. The staff was genuinely friendly and kind, ensuring I had a memorable experience. However, I did notice that the dining options needed improvement, especially during breakfast when some popular items ran out. Overall, it was a great value for the price.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and a great pool view, but it's still undergoing renovations, so there's potential for even more improvement. Our housekeeper, Shalamar Treasure, did a wonderful job maintaining the room. While we enjoyed our stay, the service was lacking as some staff seemed inexperienced and inattentive. Overall, it’s a decent place with room for growth.
